Those of us who naturally use the google playstore app for downloading of games and apps will suddenly find out that in recent times the app has been malfunctioning, especially when you go to the "my apps" section of the app, (i.e where you update your apps on playstore) you find out that almost immediately the app crashes.
Most of us think that it was our devices that had that issue, little did we know that it was actually google that had that problem. I made some researches in a bid to end this malfunction but all to no avail, all the solutions i found out proved abortive.
I was almost uninstalling the google playstore app in order for me to look for another one when i came across the quick solution. I assure you, if your google playstore app has the same issue as the one am experiencing then it is a garrantee that this solution will work perfectly and you won't even loose any thing.
One of the reasons why this malfunction came up was actually because google loves bringing up updates every now and then, and this constant update led to this malfunction, and this is what is happening to some apps too. Too much update on apps causes crashes.
Look at the image above and check if you are experiencing the same thing, if yes then get ready for the solution. I'll be explaining the process of getting this fix with some pictures to make it easy to understand.
I used link2SD in my case but for the sake of those whose device are not rooted here's how to fix this issue;
• Go to menu on your device and click on settings
• Click on apps
• Locate the google playstore app
• Click on it and select disable
• It will ask you to replace with the factory version
• Select Ok and thats all
Your google playstore app will return back to normal.
