Some Facts You Need To Know About Android O

Android O went official yesterday morning the 21 of March 2017 and it brings along quite a few new enhancements to the table. Although it appears to be a pretty small update at first glance. Alot of the features of this new OS are still not yet available but there are lots of new things rightly available...So let's dive in.



Android O brings with it support for a lot of new background and tweaks that improves the overall Android experience,but in this preview,alot of those tweaks aren't available yet for us to test out. But however there are some things readily available that are welcome updates



One of the most captivating new enhancement is the settings menu. Which has been completely redesigned and remodified. Likewise the quick settings menu has been updated with a more technical layout which allows for a bit more information to be shown at one time. Notifications also have some immediate upgrades with the ability to snooze notifications from any application for a certain period of time to have them return later.





The system UI also packs up some new capabilities such as the ability to set custom lock screen shortcuts​ and customize the navigation bar. There are obviously more features like the fact fonts will now be a fully supported feature so apps will now have the ability to display richer custom fonts in XML layouts as well as define font families and also declare the font style and weight along with the font files..

So with this few feature up and running. You'd be pretty sure Android O is gonna be the Bomb... Let's enjoy these features while we wait for Google to unlock the rest..
